Student Showcase!
Sunday December 7th – 5:30pm
We host our student showcase 2x per year. Early to mid June on a Saturday Evening and Early December on a Sunday Evening.
Who can participate?
Anyone! Never danced before? That’s ok! We have something for everyone! Whether you want to have a go at a solo spotlight performance, or want to be a part of a team or medley – we can find something that you will love!
Beginner Bachata Team
Start Date: Tuesday October 7th, 2025
Skill Level: Total Beginner
Practice Times: Tuesdays 8-9pm (Oct. 7th-Dec. 2nd)
Cost: $205
The fee includes:All 9 practice sessions
-9 practice sessions 1 hour each
– day of showcase practice
– your entrance to showcase
– costume fee
– link to your showcase performance
– pictures from the showcase

Competition Team
Season: August to January
Start Date: August 27th 8pm
Skill Level:
Intermediate/Advanced routine. Expect to be challenged. We will feature West Coast Swing, American Tango, Hustle, and Cha Cha. Team members but be able to lead/follow at least all basics for these dances.
Performances:
-November 14th-16th – World Dance Showdown Invitational (Indianapolis IN)
-December 7th – Studio Showcase (Louisville KY) Derby City Swing (Louisville KY)
-January 24th – Derby City Swing (Louisville KY)
-March 5th-8th, 2026 Ft Wayne Dance for All (Ft Wayne IN) TBD
Start Date: August 27th 8pm
Practice Times: Wednesdays 8-9pm (excluding certain holiday weekends)
Cost: $360/person (payment in full by Sept. 1)
Split Payment Option: $200 (by August 27th) & $160 (by November 20th)
Monthly Payment Option: $80/person for the 1st full month (Sept) $70/person for the following 4 months (due the 1st of each month)
The fee includes:
-weekly practice sessions
-costumens
-competition entries for the team (but not the event weekend passes)

5:30pm – SHOWCASE
(Featuring our Bachata team, Latin Medley team, medleys and solo performances)
7:00pm – PIZZA PARTY & DANCE
Tickets: Only $20 in advance. $25 at the door. (Tickets include the showcase, pizza & dessert party plus the dance party!)

How can you participate?
Spotlights
Create the routine of your dreams with your teacher ($100)
Group Freestyles & Medleys
Practice your competition routines or freestyle with another student or an Instructor. Possible Medleys – Two Step/WCS, Cha Cha/Rumba, Two Step/Nightclub, and more. ($35-65)
